We want you to feel confident choosing a Ranch Tank pool.

You may cancel or return your pool within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, or modified.

To qualify for a refund, the pool and all included equipment must be returned clean, undamaged, unmodified, and in good working condition. Normal signs of careful use during the trial period are acceptable, but damage, excessive wear, staining, misuse, or improper installation may reduce or disqualify the refund.

Before pickup or return, the pool must be fully drained and reasonably cleaned. All pumps, filters, hoses, fittings, covers, and other items included with the original order must also be returned.

A flat $250 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once the pool and equipment have been inspected and the return has been approved, the remaining refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If something does not feel right, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
